• Kayak and paddles.
Personal floating device (life vest) approved by US Coast Guard.
Frontal and back low intensity night lights on kayaks.
Mosquito repellent.
Kayaking basic training and safety instructions.
Experienced bilingual tour guides.
Bottle of water and snacks (after the tour).

Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet. This is an open environment water activity. You will get wet. Bathing suits or active wear are highly recommended.
Use footwear that can get wet. You will be getting waist-deep in and out of the water. Sandals, crocs, and water shoes are the best recommended for this tour. Participants cannot be barefoot during the tour.
Only bring with you waterproof electronics and cellphones (at your own risk). We recommend that you place your cellphone in a waterproof pouch phone holder that has a lanyard that can be attached to life vest. Eco Action Tours is not responsible for participants lost or damaged items during the tour. Eco Action Tour guides would not stop the tour to recover any lost item regardless of the item value.
Leave in the car towels and a change of clothes for after the tour.
Bring with you cash for restaurants, souvenirs shops, and tips.
No plastic bottles, backpacks, and heavy items on the kayak.
No jewelry.
If you use eyeglasses use a cord strap to keep them safe.


• Minimum Age: 6 – Participants between the ages of 6-13 must be accompanied on the same kayak by participants’ parent or legal guardian. Participants between the ages of 14-17 must have an adult participating in the tour.
Maximum weight limit: 250 pounds per person/425 pounds combined. No participants over 250lbs. Weight limit policy strictly enforce. Scale available at check-in.
The following guests cannot participate in this tour:
Pregnant women.
Guests who have epilepsy, heart conditions, and/or dizziness.
Guests who have neck, shoulder, and/or back problems.
Guests who have wrist, arms, and/or leg problems.
Guests with recent surgeries.
Important Note:
Participants that show signs of intoxication by drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate. Tour guides have the right to cancel tour at any time in the event of disorderly conduct, drug or alcohol use, or any other behavior which threatens the safety of the group. Tour will be charge in full.
We reserve the right of admission.

  • Guest exceeding weight limit would not be refunded.
• Cancelation notice must be given 48 hours before check-in for full refund. Cancelations notice must be made by phone calling at (787)791-7509.
Groups of 10 or more guest must cancel 1 week in advance prior to the date of the tour in order to receive a full refund.
Guests that do not show to the tour or missed the tour due to a late arrival, will be fully charge.
A $20 per person fee will be added to rebooking.
Same day booked tours are final sale.
  • Eco Action Tours does not cancel tours due to rain. If we have to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Eco Action Tours will offer you rescheduling to another date (upon availability), booking another tour (upon availability), or full refund. Eco Action Tours will determine the cancelation of a tour due to weather conditions. The weather in the tropic can be unpredicted, cancellations notice due to bad weather can be given at check-in.
  • The Bioluminescence is an unpredictable natural phenomenon that cannot be guaranteed since is affected by different natural factors. Therefore, the bioluminescence intensity can vary from one day to another from very visible to nonvisible. Eco Action Tours is not responsible if bioluminescence is not visible. However, we guarantee that this adventurous night kayaking tour in Laguna Grande will be enjoyed by you and your family.

Here are the measures we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our customers and staff

1. All customers will book online and sign a waiver online as well.

2. When customers arrive they will call/text and let us know they have arrived and remain in their vehicle until the hostess acknowledges ready to start operation.

3. Following the Protocol guide lines, we will check guest’s temperature with infrared thermometer at site. Temperature 100.4 °F or more will not be allowed to join tour.

4. All customers are asked to come and wear all time personal masks when interacting with other customers and staff. Staff will wear mask at all times, (Please do not come to Eco Action Tours if you aren’t prepared to wear your mask – it’s now the law).

5. Please observe social distancing of six foot when in lines – cones are stationed to help you. Kayak participants will adhere to 6 foot distancing on and off the water.

6. Groups who come together, (families, couples, friends) will share kayaks. Otherwise one person per kayak.

7. Individuals with symptoms associated with Covid-19 will not be able to participate on excursion.This is a challenging time for all of us, but our first priority is to the safety of our guests, staff and community.
